Who We Are
Suissio Holdings is a real estate acquisitions firm headquartered in Casper, Wyoming. We focus on identifying, underwriting, and acquiring real estate opportunities across multiple asset classes throughout the United States.
We work with agents, sellers, investors, and market partners nationwide, specializing in single-family homes, multifamily properties, Section 8 rentals, commercial buildings, fixer-uppers, distressed assets, and value-add opportunities.
Our acquisition activity ranges from $50,000 to $10,000,000 per property, with commercial targets typically in the 20 to 200 unit range. Each year, we acquire approximately $16 million to $20 million in real estate.
Our mission is simple: move quickly, structure intelligently, and create strong value for both investors and counterparties. We combine institutional-level analysis with the speed and flexibility of a focused acquisitions team.
